Great food, peaceful environment, good service

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I’ve tried it a few times and every time is was gross and cold. Seriously, go anywhere else.

Food is great!!! So it's almost worth the wait, as the service is poor. They could use an extra person on the floor. One person greets, answers phones, takes care of the take out, dine-in, waits and cleans up the tables... Needless to say everyone is always waiting too long. This has been the experience at least last 3 times in a row.

Don't waste your time here. Poor customer service. The lady that picked up the phones sounds like she hates her job. I asked if they could substitute one of the items and she cut me off without trying to accommodate my request. There are better places around like Golden China.

Going down hill

My family and I went to Charming Garden for almost 3 years, and we were always very happy with the food (not greasy, large portions). However, the last time I ate their chicken and broccoli, I ended up getting sick. I'm not sure if it was from the food or something else, but we haven't gone there since.

Not so charming when it comes to service.Server forgot to bring 1 of the appetizers.served with palm over my bowl not under. Not once during our meal did he ask was everything was ok but he did sit on the computer as we ate.i also got an attitude when I said I need more time to decide on what we wanted.never again.food was bland and forgetable.

Horrible service and attitude. Last time we ate there, we got sick. Glad that they are out of business!

Egg foo young was greasy, unagi was not to par, tempora and sauce were very bland.

Food has taken a dive over the last few years as have the staff attitudes.

Way over priced. Small portions. Asked for fried wonton and they gave me steamed dumpling. Spent almost $15 and I'm still starving

Used to be better

This is one place i will never go nor recommend to my enemies! Horrible horrible service. No idea about food! I ordered to take out Kung Pao Chicken for my husband and i ordered Sigapore noodles and specified vegetarian only and no meat in my noodles. I come home and see the singapore noodles has chicken, pork and shirmp! I called them up and explained who i was and that i just came sometime ago and my noodles has meat. The lady who took my order said it typically comes with meat and then said good bye and banged the phone! Never go to them please!

Horrible service. One evening I waited 15 minutes to place a take out order and no one even spoke to me, so I left. They do not know how to properly prepare a take out order without mistakes.Do not recommend to anyone.

Horrible customer service. These people are NOT NICE AT ALL. They are slow to get your order done, then quick to rush you to pay without a smile. Horrible.

Really like this place for take away. Food is always great. Portion sizes are large. It's our new go too.

My family decided to try this place for take out the other night. Everyone thought the food was just okay. For example, the chicken lo mein I tried was bland and didn't have a lot of chicken or vegetables. The maki was nothing special and similar to what you could get at a supermarket that has takeaway rolls. We had several appetizers and they were similarly passable, without being particularly good or bad. It's difficult to recommend when there are better options in the area.

Very good Chinese restaurant.

I was not very impressed with the food here and it was pricey too.
